This wedding at the Bell Event Centre was so fun to capture! The couple, Thomas and Rebecca were easy to work with and the venue was so unique! I had never been to the Bell Event Centre, so it took a few minutes of walking around and exploring to get a good feel for the lighting and angles at the location.
The main ceremony area contained a lot of history and beautiful architecture. From the stained glass windows to the incredible pillars and paintings, everything in the centre was just awe inspiring.
My favorite thing about this wedding was the awesome cultural mix in the day. To start off, the ceremony was done in traditional Eastern European fashion and was not your standard American ceremony. The Bell Event Centre provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The pillars and stained glass beautifully complemented the traditional style of the ceremony.
The party really kicked off with the incorporation of the Lebanese Dabke dance! After the standard dances were complete, the DJ invited the Dabke captains to the floor and boy did things get fun! If you’ve never experienced this dance, you really need to! Check out the full video to get a taste of this experience!
